  • When you access the web version, our hosting provider may automatically collect standard server logs (e.g., IP address, browser type, access time) as described in Section 4.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Analytics Usage

The Service includes a local analytics dashboard that helps you track your own usage within the app.

  • Analytics data (page views, cheat copies, category preferences) is stored exclusively on your device using localStorage or equivalent app storage.
  • We do not use third-party analytics SDKs such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or similar tracking services within the app.
  • Aggregated usage statistics are never uploaded to our servers or shared with advertisers.
  • You can clear your local analytics data at any time through the Analytics page or by clearing app/browser storage.

Because analytics remain on your device, uninstalling the app or clearing site data will permanently remove this information.

3. Cookies

GTA SA Toolkit uses minimal storage technologies to provide core functionality.

  • Local storage and session storage are used to persist favorites, language preferences, and local analytics on your device.
  • We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • We do not use cookies to build profiles for targeted advertising.
  • The Android app does not set traditional browser cookies; it uses on-device storage through the WebView sandbox.

You can disable or clear cookies and local storage through your browser or device settings, though some features (favorites, analytics) may not function without them.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on a limited number of third-party services to operate the Service:

  • Hosting providers (e.g., Vercel) may process technical data necessary to deliver the web application, subject to their own privacy policies.
  • Google Play Store distributes our Android app and may collect data according to Google's Privacy Policy when you download or update the app.
  • External websites such as gtasanad.org are linked for additional GTA San Andreas resources; those sites operate under their own privacy policies.
  • We do not integrate social media login, payment processors, or advertising networks into the core Service.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through links in the Service.

5. Google Play Compliance

Our Android app, GTA SA Toolkit, is published on Google Play and complies with Google Play Developer Program policies and the Google Play Data Safety requirements.

  • The app does not collect personal or sensitive user data for transmission to our servers.
  • No data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing.
  • The app requests only permissions necessary for core functionality (network access for external resource links; local storage for favorites and analytics).
  • Data safety declarations on Google Play accurately reflect that user data is stored locally on the device.
  • Users may request data deletion by clearing app storage or uninstalling the application.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect information associated with the Service.

  • The web application is served over HTTPS to encrypt data in transit.
  • Locally stored favorites and analytics remain on your device and are protected by your device's operating system security.
  • We do not maintain a centralized database of user favorites, analytics, or personal profiles.
  • While no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, our minimal data collection model reduces exposure to breaches.

  • GTA San Andreas is rated Mature (17+) by the ESRB; parents and guardians should supervise minors' use of game-related content.
